Join our Team About this opportunity: The Strategic Insights & Planning team develops novel capabilities to generate data-driven business- and network insights at scale, with the objective to create value for Ericsson and our customers. Our team comprises cross-functional expertise across consulting, business analysis, network performance, data science, Gen/AI/ML and change management. This enables us to rapidly progress from idea to implementation to impact. We're looking for a Strategic Insights Sr Analyst to join us! What you will do: Enable the generation of high-impact business insights through big data analytics, leveraging proprietary-, public- and third-party data setExport data sets to enable analysis and visualization e.g. through PowerBI, PPT etc. Drive automation data export to reduce cycle time and increase analytics capacity Define technical requirements and implement solutions for new analytics capabilities Navigate best practices and trends in Analytics & AI/ML, ensuring new capabilities are built with future needs in mind Secure back-end integration of key data sources & data sets into new analytics functionality Identify, diagnose and resolve data anomalies Support specification of R&D/3PP requirements Coordinate and align with similar efforts and functions within Ericsson Coach junior staff: help scale up and future-proof Ericsson's capabilities in analytics & data science The skills you bring: Minimum 5 years' experience in data science / analytics technology Experience building novel analytics methods and solutions to enable analysis of large data sets Thorough command of key analytics technologies incl Python, R, PowerBI, SQL, Excel, machine learning, dashboard creation (e.g. Grafana) End-to-end understanding of RAN technology and operations including RF engineering preferred Working knowledge of key RAN data sets preferred, e.g., Ookla/CellRebel, ENM, drive-test data Can-do attitude with passion for rapid development of robust solutions Experience collaborating with R&D and 3rd parties preferred Bachelor's Degree in technology or equivalent; Master's preferred
