Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Indianapolis, IN. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Preparation of Location Control Route Survey Plats.
  • Review of title and encumbrance reports.
  • Preparation of Right of Way Parcel Plats (Exhibit "B") and Legal Descriptions (Exhibit "A").
  • Preparation of additional Right of Way Engineering documents, Parcel Documentation, Area Computations, L10, and Fee-Taking Memos.
  • Right of Way Plan Development.
  • Process field data into topographic surveys.
  • Analyze record documents and establish layout property lines, alignments, and easements.
  • Download LiDAR, aerial photography, and other GIS data from public domain sites.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $60K - $85K/year.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Direct Placement.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Right of Way Technician or a surveyor-in-training candidate.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Civil3D (current versions).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Autodesk AutoCAD (current versions).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with INDOT's Right-of-Way Engineering manual and standards.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Microstation experience.
  • Possess good communication skills and technical writing skills.
  • Knowledge of other related software (Trimble Business Center, GIS).

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
