About the Role:

The Project Management Specialist III (2055) FAA plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating complex projects within the management of companies and enterprises sector. This position is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress, making adjustments as necessary to achieve project goals. Additionally, this role involves communicating project status to stakeholders and facilitating problem-solving discussions to address any challenges that arise. Ultimately, the Project Management Specialist III will contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the organization by delivering high-quality project outcomes that align with strategic objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in project management within a corporate environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure project alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring that all team members are engaged and that action items are tracked and completed.
