About the Role:

The Management Program Analyst III (2054) FAA plays a critical role in enhancing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of management programs within the Federal Aviation Administration. This position involves analyzing complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making and improve program outcomes. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement management strategies that align with organizational goals. Additionally, the role requires the preparation of detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management. Ultimately, the analyst will contribute to the FAA's mission by ensuring that management programs are data-driven and responsive to the needs of the aviation community.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in program analysis or management within a governmental or corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience working within the aviation industry or with federal agencies.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of management programs to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, assess program performance, and develop strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior leadership, summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of management strategies to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
