Hours & Pay Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000, based on experience Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Employment Type: Direct Hire What You'll Do Client Advisory & Retention (80%) Lead and manage a portfolio of 100-120 client relationships with high attention to service and outcomes Design and implement strategic financial plans tailored to client goals, investment strategies, and risk tolerance Provide unbiased advice on investments, tax strategies, and estate planning Conduct discovery meetings, portfolio reviews, and ongoing planning sessions Oversee all aspects of client service in partnership with support staff Team Leadership & Mentorship (10%) Coach and mentor associate advisors and support staff Share best practices and promote continuous learning Serve as a strategic contributor to firm-wide initiatives Growth & Business Development (10%) Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand services Proactively pursue client referrals and new business opportunities Why You'll Love Working Here This isn't just another advisory role-it's a chance to influence the strategic direction of a firm that believes deeply in client trust, lifelong learning, and work-life balance.
