- Ensure regulatory compliance of all assigned locations.
- Develop, manage, and drive accountability and performance via P&L structure and formal KPIs including but not limited to fleet performance, mainline turn times, fleet utilization, shipyard utilization, and boat efficiency.
- Optimize company assets by driving continuous improvement and support optimization through expansion or partnerships in each area.
- Lead and/or partner with the Business Development Team to evaluate, review, and execute opportunities to maximize and grow the operational footprint of the Gulf fleets in-line with the strategy and company goals of ACBL.
- Direct the work of Team Members and ensure a healthy working environment.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for... You will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 10+ Years of marine industry management experience is required.
- Operates effectively in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
- Commercially-driven management style.
- Capable of fully learning, understanding, and maximizing the impact of southern fleet operations on the enterprise.
- Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Demonstrates poise and self-control, establishes credibility, deals diplomatically with conflict, and instills a sense of trust and confidence in others.
