This role will lead strategic initiatives and sales in municipal and state agency-owned infrastructure, GIS, and enterprise asset management. This opening is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering innovative, sustainable asset management solutions across the public and private sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise-class asset management systems for state departments of transportation and public works clients.
- Be a leader in business development efforts related to asset management solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on COTS software selection, systems integration, and custom application development.
- Drive business process re-engineering and inventory management strategies to align with ISO 55000 standards.
- Collaborate with international standards bodies, including ISO TC 251, to shape the future of asset management practices.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership in the asset management domain.
Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with at least 20 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, GIS, and asset management.
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-level asset management projects.
- Deep understanding of both technical and business aspects of asset management.
- Active involvement in international standards development, particularly ISO 55000 and ISO TC 251.
- Expertise in mobile computing, enterprise systems integration, and sustainability-driven solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with public sector clients and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in asset management and smart infrastructure.

The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $220,000 per year. The offered salary will be based on experience and expertise in the field of asset management. This position is also eligible for annual discretionary and/or performance-based bonuses.
