About the Role

This role will lead strategic initiatives and sales in municipal and state agency-owned infrastructure, GIS, and enterprise asset management. This opening is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering innovative, sustainable asset management solutions across the public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise-class asset management systems for state departments of transportation and public works clients.
  • Be a leader in business development efforts related to asset management solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on COTS software selection, systems integration, and custom application development.
  • Drive business process re-engineering and inventory management strategies to align with ISO 55000 standards.
  • Collaborate with international standards bodies, including ISO TC 251, to shape the future of asset management practices.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership in the asset management domain.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with at least 20 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, GIS, and asset management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-level asset management projects.
  • Deep understanding of both technical and business aspects of asset management.
  • Active involvement in international standards development, particularly ISO 55000 and ISO TC 251.
  • Expertise in mobile computing, enterprise systems integration, and sustainability-driven solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with public sector clients and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in asset management and smart infrastructure.
