Position: Assistant Team Lead - Wall
Location: Manitowoc, WI
Pay: $21.50/hour + $2.00/hour shift premium
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM | Overtime as needed

Job Summary: The Assistant Team Lead - Wall position is designed to assist the Production Coordinator and Lean Process Manager. You will ensure production technicians have the necessary products to maintain production, document downtime tracking, and quality information. This role also serves as a backup to the Production Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring production technicians have the materials and tools they need
• Tracking downtime and quality metrics
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Serving as a backup to the Production Coordinator

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong Communication and listening skills
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with BPCS or similar systems (a plus)
• Prior leadership or manufacturing experience
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and grow with the team
