As a Clinical Program Consultant, you play a critical role in shaping and advancing clinical programs that elevate care delivery, improve quality, and drive affordability. Supporting Risk-Based Entities (RBEs), you thrive on uncovering trends, removing barriers, and working closely with clinical and operational leadership, healthcare economics, and national and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and deliver impactful outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs and processes
  • Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve clinical care delivery and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership, healthcare economics, national and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and eliminate system obstacles impacting care delivery
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and present complex information clearly through verbal presentations, action plans, project plans, and presentation decks
  • Serve as a key resource on critical issues, providing expert guidance and innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program goals, requirements, and success metrics
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and workflows
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
  • Collaborate with SMEs to support the understanding of clinical program functions and goals
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and program updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Forecast and plan resource requirements, authorizing deviations from standard practices when necessary

Required Qualifications:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Tableau and EMR systems



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Project Management Certification
  • Experience with data visualization, workflow mapping, and performance reporting
  • Ability to leverage technology to support program implementation and training



Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits re subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,800 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
