As a Finance Process Team Lead, you'll guide the team that identifies technologies and opportunities to streamline Uline's Finance operations. This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of analysts to ensure work quality, accuracy and data integrity. Partner with leadership to align business priorities with strategic use of data and technology. Drive cross-functional projects that improve financial workflows and deliver real business impact. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of data analysis experience. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide and motivate a team.
