About the Role:

As a Corporate Recruiter with Silgan Containers, you will help hire top talent across our manufacturing plants and corporate teams. You'll own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing through onboarding, while partnering with the business to shape the workforce behind one of North America's largest metal food packaging companies. What You'll Do:

• As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding.
• Recruit for hourly, salaried operations, and corporate positions across multiple locations.
• Act as the subject matter expert in evolving recruitment laws and compliance standards for federal contractors.
• Partner with the business to align recruiting strategies with workforce planning.
• Design targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and Instagram tools.
• Leverage recruiting technology, including applicant tracking systems and digital sourcing tools, to streamline and enhance the hiring process.
• Write search engine optimized, inclusive job ads that drive visibility and candidate engagement.
• Track recruiting performance metrics and refine sourcing strategies to improve conversion.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines focused on experience, fit, and inclusion.
• Travel up to 20 percent to support recruitment events and onsite hiring efforts.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4 or more years of full recruitment cycle experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and organizational skills.
• A collaborative, detail oriented approach to managing multiple openings.
