Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization: Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency, including standardizing workflows for lead generation, qualification, and deal closure tailored to the SaaS subscription model.

* Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ARR, MRR, churn) and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions.

* CRM Management: Oversee the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate data entry, effective pipeline management, and full adoption by the sales team.

* Forecasting and Budgeting: Manage accurate sales forecasting and assist in budgeting for sales initiatives, aligning with the company's financial objectives.

* Performance Management: Monitor sales team performance, establish KPIs, and implement incentive programs to boost motivation and achieve sales targets.

* Partner Performance Reporting: Track and analyze partner performance metrics (e.g., referral volume, deal closure rates, revenue contribution) to evaluate the effectiveness of channel partnerships, providing regular reports and recommendations to optimize partner relationships and drive mutual growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Channel operating models
  • Proven knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development
  • Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to think creatively with excellent presentation, written, and overall communication skills
  • 5 years' experience as a financial or business analyst (Salesforce,etc)
  • Strong analytical, data mining and modeling skills
  • Drive execution, initiate projects and manage them start to end.
  • Strong understanding of sales process, methodologies end to end processes
