Acara Solutions is currently seeking a qualified candidate in the Grain Valley, MO area to provide temporary support to our client's Purchasing Administration team for an estimated duration of 18 months.

Temporary Purchasing Administration Support - ~18-Month Assignment

  • Location: Grain Valley, MO
  • Pay Rate: $20-$23/hr
  • Office Schedule: Remote Mon/Fri, in office Tues-Thurs, normal business hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks related to procurement processes
  • Manage order processing and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct basic data entry and utilize ERP systems for procurement activities
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of related experience
Basic Excel skills
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a procurement or administrative support role
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with SAP is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and time management abilities
