In the future, other duties may be assigned and considered essential functions of the position: * Identify, cultivate, manage, and secure new institutional and corporate partnerships by integrating fundraising efforts with community engagement strategies to expand funding opportunities and enhance organizational sustainability. * Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to build, maintain, and steward strong relationships with granting donors, ensuring the development and advancement of relationships that benefit Front Porch's mission. * Review, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of the overall comprehensive fundraising strategy, identifying opportunities to expand grant possibilities and support planning. * Collaborating with internal stakeholders, develop and implement an annual plan for institutional grant funding that aligns with the yearly fundraising budget for Front Porch programs and initiatives. * Project manage all grant proposal activities, which include writing and managing letters of inquiry, developing and composing proposal content, collecting data, and completing reports related to new and existing opportunities and relationships. * Ensure compliance with grant contracts, including the recording and reporting grant activities and correspondence. * Develop and manage an individual donor campaign to engage current nonprofit partners, program participants, and supporters in the broader community. * Perform all other related duties as assigned.
