Overview: Applicants must have completed an accredited fellowship in Sports Medicine and have a CAQ, equivalent board certification or eligibility for sports medicine board certification from their respective primary specialties. Applicants should have strong clinical skills and a commitment to teaching and scholarly activity, including research. Patients seen in the Division of Sports Medicine represent the entire gamut of sports medicine injuries so that applicants should ideally have training and experience to practice the full spectrum of pediatric-focused sports medicine. We are especially interested in growing our already established musculoskeletal ultrasound, dance medicine and OMM programs. We will also enthusiastically consider and support applicants with a strong or growing research interest and expertise. We are an academic program that sponsors a highly competitive sports medicine fellowship and actively teaches for the NCH Pediatric Residency, other NCH fellowships, and for the OSU College of Medicine.
