JOB SUMMARY: Munters is looking to add an assembler to our foam area. Duties will include: Loading panels into press and operating a foam injection system. Assemble, insulate and prepare panels for final assembly. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Operation of press and foam system. Maintain ISO-9001 standards. Observe all safety rules. Maintain safe and clean operation of foam injection system press. Close tolerance hand work and ability to diagnose improper mechanical assembly or operation and take necessary steps to correct the problem. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High School Trade School completion 1-3 years of experience in assembly or machine operation. Good Computer skills EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: HS Diploma or Equivalent PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects Climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer terminal, expansive reading, etc. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions Benefits: Competitive salary Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
