Software Engineer - Rendering, Electronic Arts - Tiburon, a Florida Corporation, Orlando, FL. Design, architect and document technical designs for rendering systems. Implement basic architecture tasks at the feature, module and component levels and account for the interconnectivity between levels. Make appropriate design compromises between functionality, performance, dependencies, quality, and reliability for a feature. Develop tools and workflows to efficiently produce new game features. Work with a proprietary engine to develop shareable code and interface correctly with the engine. Work closely with the Art Director and the Art team, and drive to create industry leading visuals. Participate in planning, defining the scope, breaking work down into activities and dependencies to facilitate the scheduling, resource planning, and cost analysis that creates an achievable project plan. Investigate and optimize low-level game engine code on multiple platforms. Telecommuting permitted. (E2-744750)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Computer Graphics and Game Technology or in a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
