As a Security Professional - Front Desk - Unarmed in Englewood, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As a Front Desk professional in an aerospace and defense location, you will be responsible for monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and assisting visitors while maintaining a strong security-related presence. This is an unarmed post, requiring you to respond promptly to incidents and provide clear communication with staff and guests. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $24.18 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and any unusual occurrences at the front desk.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, coordinating with relevant personnel as needed.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and contractors to help to deter unauthorized access and address inquiries.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
