Position Summary: Responsible for fryers to ensure product is consistent with customer expectations:

• Monitors fryer temperature and oil levels.
• Adjusts product flow to ensure optimal fryer conditions..
• Ability to work in a cold/wet environment. (45 degrees Fahrenheit, 4 degrees Celsius)
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shift.
• Will be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving equipment.
• Stoop and reach overhead (bending and twisting)
