Position Summary: The Quality Assurance Specialist will report directly to the Compliance Manager of Testing and Quality Assurance. This entry-level role plays a critical part in supporting regulatory compliance and quality assurance functions within our mortgage lending operations.
Key responsibilities include conducting audits to ensure compliance with: * Agency and GSE standards * Federal and state regulations * Internal company policies and procedures Key Skills: * Data entry * Office administration * Email communication * Customer service (office-based) * Post-closing and loan documentation * Quality assurance in mortgage processes Top Skills (Preferred): * Data entry * Office administrative support * Email handling * Customer service Additional Qualifications: * No prior experience required - ideal for recent graduates! * Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to change * Self-motivated with analytical thinking and sound judgment * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred (Not Required) Experience: * Exposure to mortgage compliance or audit/quality control * Familiarity with mortgage loan origination systems (e.g., EllieMae Encompass360) * Understanding of TRID regulations * 3+ years in the mortgage industry (a plus, not a must) Experience Level: Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
