Top Skills' Details 1) O365 Engineering- Mainly Messaging but could touch other pieces- Sharepoint, Teams, Etc 2) Entra Id Engineering experience (Conditional Access, MFA, IAM, ETC) Also on prem AD experience 2) PowerShell Scripting 3) Email Security- Proofpoint or Mimecast -They use Mimecast Description TEKsystems Global Insurance client is in need of an O365/EntraID resource to assist with several workloads and ongoing maintenance of their environment. This is a global complex environment with several thousand users. This will be a mid level resource expected to come in with working experience of these platforms but to be mentored by more senior members of the team. Manage and maintain Office 365 applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. (A lot of messaging) Configure and administer Azure Active Directory, user accounts, licenses, and security settings. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal functionality and reliability. Plan and execute Office 365 migrations, upgrades, and integrations with minimal disruption. Provide technical support and training to end-users on Office 365 tools and services. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and industry best practices. Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to identify requirements and implement effective solutions. Stay updated with latest Office 365 features, trends, and best practices, recommending improvements proactively. Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD): A strong understanding of Entra ID features, functionalities, and best practices is essential. Experience with Active Directory: Familiarity with Active Directory and hybrid environments is often required. Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM): Understanding of IAM principles, security protocols, and relevant technologies is important. Experience with Cloud Services: Familiarity with Azure and other cloud platforms is helpful. Scripting and Automation: Knowledge of PowerShell and other scripting languages for automating Entra ID tasks is beneficial. Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Entra ID. Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with IT teams and clients. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
