Hours & Pay:

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Employment type: Temporary to hire

Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate creation and processing of new hire offer letters and position changes.
  • Manage onboarding procedures including background checks, I-9 verification, application processing, employment verifications, and reference checks.
  • Conduct new hire orientations both in-person and virtually using remote platforms.
  • Track and maintain employee data accurately using Microsoft Excel.
  • Lead and facilitate employee training via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and in-person sessions.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries through email and phone, demonstrating strong conflict-resolution skills.
  • Oversee and manage employee termination processes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for out-of-state employee training.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and Director as needed.

Qualifications:



  • Prior experience in Human Resources or related field (non-entry level)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with HR systems and compliance best practices (UKG or ADP experience preferred)
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
