Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Project Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of a Construction Program for a local non-profit affiliate.
This is a great opportunity for someone with project management and residential construction experience to make a meaningful impact.

Salary: $55,000-$60,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities



  • Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with contractors, staff, and stakeholders to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support and communicate the organization's mission and vision.



Qualifications



  • 3-5 years of management experience in construction or project management.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Pro Core, and project management tools.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and perform physical duties indoors and outdoors.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
