Hours: Day Shift

Annual Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 (depending on experience)

What You'll Tackle Each Day:



  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on multi-family residential projects
  • Lead and support crews to ensure efficient, high-quality, and timely completion of work
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings to guide team operations
  • Operate construction equipment as needed and ensure job site safety and compliance
  • Conduct regular site inspections and report project status to upper management
  • Maintain open communication with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Ensure adherence to construction schedules, budget, and site cleanliness
  • Travel to job sites across Louisiana and Mississippi as required

What You'll Need to Bring:



  • At least 1 year of experience as a construction supervisor or foreman
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience
  • Proven background in multi-family building construction (5+ years preferred)
  • Ability to read and understand architectural plans and specifications
  • Experience operating construction equipment and leading teams
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a pre-employment screening
  • Willingness to travel to various project sites across LA and MS
  • Bonus: OSHA certification and a current CDL license
