KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Support client engagements which include Customer Relationship Management (CRM) by developing customer facing products and services within the Salesforce.com platform
  • Serve as a resource and key team member in client projects and support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely execution of project deliverables
  • Supervise staff level engagement teams in the field
  • Review the work product of associates and provide direction and training as necessary
  • Provide input into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation and career development of staff members
  • Analyze and interpret a mix of qualitative and quantitative data and provide recommendations
Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent experience in providing end-to-end customer insight and analytics, data modeling, market research, voice of customer and/or digital marketing strategies preferably in the financial sector (Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets preferred)
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, economics, math, statistics or a related field from an accredited college/university; Advanced degree or MBA preferred
  • Manage daily relationship with clients and the team on ground in accordance with scope of your own activity
  • Work with the project team to create Functional/technical design documents and must have a strong knowledge of process/business flows and tools (Visio, lucid chart)
  • Experience with customer experience management and process improvement for marketing, sales and go to market strategy, customer profitability analysis, customer strategy business transformation, customer retention and cross sell design and program implementation, customer engagement roadmap development and cross channel campaign management alignment
  • Achieve Salesforce certifications which are critical for business needs (Sales, Service and Financial Services)
  • Preferred to have Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience cloud certifications, in addition to Financial Services cloud accreditation
  • Experience with pre-sales and other sales activities
