*Onsite- *Cincinnati, OH *Technical Summary* * Customer Service * Financial Services * Banking * Account Management * Call Center * Technical Support *Description* Our financial services client is looking to bring on a Client First Center Advocate to support company growth. The Client First Center Advocate will act as customer support to engage with customers via phone, email, and chat. The Client First Center Advocate will assist with financial service inquiries relating to basic banking literacy, checking account, savings account, password, website and technical support. *Duties* * Learn, understand, and implement call policies and procedures. * Resolve issues with First Contact Resolution. * Handle frontline interactions from customers, guests, and visitors. * Apply "white glove" service when interacting with customers. * Use strong attention to detail to understand concerns and provide solutions. * Communicate via CRM, phone, email, chat, virtual and in-person. * Multitask between customer support and documenting. * Utilize software to navigate within CRM. * Answer customer inquiries relating to bank products and services. * Inquires may be received via telephone calls delivered through call routing technology or through digital channels such as email, social media and online chat. * Recognize sales opportunities and refer clients to associates. * Remain current on products, services, and promotions. * Resolve customer inquiries or issues with respect to any loan product offered. * Take care of customer issues through account research and utilization of materials and resources. * Perform customer account transaction and maintenance activities accurately. * Strive for first contact resolution of customer inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution. * Escalate customer requests requiring additional knowledge or expertise as defined by department leadership. *Schedule & Environment* * Monday-Friday 8am-5pm * Will work (2) Saturdays over 8-week rotation * Office/Banking * Financial Services *Interviews* * Interviews: June 16-20 * 2-step Interview process * 1st-step, virtual with HR * 2nd-Step, Onsite with Team * (1) Basic Online Assessment Required, HR will discuss with candidates during virtual HR Meeting *Start Date & Compliance* * Start Date: July 14, 2025 * Background Check * Drug Screen * I9 * (2) Security Trainings *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
