Primary Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate, own, and maintain a trusted working relationship with client representatives (JLL or external) and 3rd party service providers.

  • Communicate/escalate with appropriate parties (manager,client, vendors, etc.)

Leadership

  • Lead and manage JLL staff including direct reports to deliver contracted services.

  • Facilitate meetings including agendas and after-action item reports.

  • Exercise leadership and management skills in a matrixed environment to achieve results.

Operations

  • Lead and manage all services for all contracted hard service suppliers. Ensuring services are delivered consistently with agreement terms

  • Lead and assist with receiving and dispatching of work requests to vendors, landlords, or other 3rd party service providers

  • Lead and manage Facilities Coordinators to support operations

  • Manage and coordinate scheduling of 3rd party maintenance activities

  • Manage and coordinate work with 3rd party vendor, including tracking work order completion, vendor and client follow up, and reviewing subcontractor invoices

  • Ensure all site management and operations practices follow company, Master Service Agreement (MSA) requirements, and client standards

  • Demonstrate an understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing and regulatory requirementsas it pertains to 3rd party vendor responsibilities

  • Travel Required: up to 50%

Financial

  • Build and manageoperating budgets - including monitoring, analyzing and accurate reporting adherence. Understand, explain, and report results and variances.

  • Manage budgetary requests, analysis and operational reporting: monthly and quarterly, as needed

  • Read and understand the applicable Service Level Agreements and associatedfinancial impact.

Program & Project Management

  • Apply a programmatic approach to routine tasks, small projects, and other requests to support delivery of services and increase customer satisfaction.

  • Lead, manage, and assist JLL operations team with tactical planning,goals, objectivesand execution.

  • Recommend, plan,and execute continuous service quality improvements

  • Lead, manage, coordinate, and support meetings with service providers and other stakeholders

  • Lead and manage direct reports to achieve the Key Performance Indicators

  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for any vendor failures and support client RCAs

  • Perform other duties, activities, or projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, engineering, engineering technology or related field recommended

  • Minimum 5 years in vendor or facility management of multi-building operations

  • Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression system knowledge of commercial/critical facilities

  • Self-motivated to work in a remote environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports

  • Strong organization skills and collaborative management style

  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Power Point, and Excel (for reporting and reconciling data)

  • Strong proficiency in CMMS systems

  • Valid California driver's license

  • Must live within the client territory and the territory in which you manage

Estimated total compensation for this position:

132,000.00 - 204,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
