This is a/an 83% full-time equivalency (FTE) job with months off. The number of months off will be determined by the position's FTE percentage. Full-time equivalency job offers may fall outside of the listed range due to the assigned percentage of effort.POSITION SPECIFICS Penn State Abington is seeking a full-time 10-month Coordinator of Game Day Operations and Intramurals to oversee game day operations, visiting team and game manager communication, and serve as a secondary statistician and/or game manager for selected home athletic department events. The Coordinator also programs and conducts the department's Intramural and Club sport offerings and provides support to department-wide events, such as the athletics banquet. Duties include but are not limited to:
This position reports to the Assistant Athletic Director.Must have flexibility to work evenings, weekends, travel with team and holidays. MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree 1+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: NoneRequires CPR/First Aid/AED certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
