Hospitality House Specialist

• Makes reservations for Lodging Services guests.
• Registers and orients guests for Lodging Services; checks guests out when they depart.
• Performs general housekeeping and minor maintenance of Lodging Services facilities.
• Accepts and documents receipt of payments.
• Monitors security and safety at Lodging Services facilities.
• Performs clerical functions.

• In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent required.

Experience: No experience required.

Licensure: None required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job requires climbing (ladder, steps) and frequently bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, humidity, dust, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
