Staffmark is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our partnership with a leading company in Burnsville, MN. Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hr.

Essential Functions:

This role involves supporting administrative functions by performing data entry, maintaining accurate records, and handling tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation. The position requires strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office, and attention to detail when proofreading and editing documents. A professional, team-oriented attitude is essential, along with a willingness to assist with light cleaning as needed.

Requirements:



  • 2-3 years of administrative experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office
