This role is pivotal in ensuring our products meet the highest standards and will be responsible for repairs, construction, and maintenance of highly automated and advanced manufacturing equipment. Follow all policies and procedures including safety and quality standards. * Read and understand a prints/drawings and be capable of constructing assemblies accordingly. * Proficient in utilization of power tools including saws, drills, grinders, polishers, etc. * Perform equipment setup, operation, testing, and repair to meet all standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. These tasks must be completed under minimal supervision. * Build, diagnose, and repair electromechanical systems on equipment. * Executes equipment and safety inspections, and generates emergency, corrective, and/or preventative work orders as needed. * Excellent attention to detail, good organization, and capable of working independently with minimal instruction. * Perform various equipment preventive maintenance tasks (i.e., cleaning, inspection, and lubrication) while working with small, machined parts. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent experience. At least 1-3 years of experience working with hand tools on manufacturing equipment, construction, HVAC, Automotive, etc. executing repair and maintenance activities. Basic computer skills and use of MS Office applications. Written and verbal English communication skills. The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
