Job Description


  • To implement and facilitate training programs for assigned areas of company. Collaborate with the Instructional Designers and test the development of learning activities, training materials, facilitator guides, lesson plans, and class schedules. Conduct training sessions, monitor effectiveness and recommend program modifications. Investigate operational processes and procedures to determine feasible and effective training solutions. Identify and assess organizational issues and training/development needs. Present findings and recommendations to management.


May be required to work OT but not past 5:00pm CT. Provide support to branch to meet the business need. Participate in basic/routine tasks of narrow scope requiring basic research/review. If selected for Mortgage-MLO, incumbent will be required, prior to the assumption of employment duties, to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry; includes fingerprinting and background checks.


  • Contractor - Training Instructor I (REL - MLO)
  • Location: GPO (Pensacola, FL)
  • Shift (Time): 8:00am - 4:30pm CST
  • Campus Reporting Type: Hybrid with the expectation to report onsite a minimum of 2 days per week.


If scheduled for a training class, the class would require 4 days onsite each week. When not in class they can work 2 days per week or 8 days per month onsite.
