Job Description The Enterprise Project/Program Management Lead Consultant is accountable for independently leading all aspects of multiple complex programs or projects with a high level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies. Projects may be across multiple functional areas and are of strategic importance to the organization. Key Responsibilities * Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation. * Represents the projects/program and its objectives in all governance and gating forums. * Customizes solutions for complex issues typically involving enterprise-level considerations. * Motivates others to share in project challenges and inspires them to achieve project goals while constructively evaluating their performance. * Delivers project communication on complicated projects and issues in an easily understood simplified style to any audience. * Delivers project results through leadership and influence rather than authority and control; leverages organizational dynamics to influence outcomes through leadership and communication skills. * Drives achievement of projects/program success factors. * Drives project execution. Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to project team to meet applicable business requirements. * Directs strategic project/programs of high complexity and impact. * Manages high complexity projects independently with no support or direction from others. Education * 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred). Experience * 5 or more years of experience (Preferred). Supervisory Responsibilities * This job does not have supervisory duties. Education & Experience (in lieu) * In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Compensation Base compensation offered for this role is $85,600.00 - $100,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications. * Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e., commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
