Description & Requirements
How you will contribute:
  • Lead and manage a variety of compliance reports, including SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 Readiness Assessments and Examinations.
  • Review testing procedures and results to help ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.
  • Support leadership in operational aspects of the practice, including staffing, resource allocation, and team scheduling.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of assurance and compliance standards appropriate for assigned engagements.
  • Consistently deliver high quality work while building and maintaining strong client and team relationships.
  • Contribute to the growth of the practice by identifying opportunities and supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Serve in a leadership capacity, providing guidance, mentoring, and training to Consultants and Senior Consultants, as necessary.
  • Continuously improve engagement processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Perform other duties as assigned by the firm's leadership.

  • Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the Risk Advisory Team can capture and leverage knowledge
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of SOC-related experience preferred
  • CPA required (CISA also preferred)
  • BA or BS in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field) strongly preferred
  • Prior related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function
