What You'll Do

As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will:



  • Builds relationships and act as a business partner to commercial teams including Distributor Partners, Field Sales, National Accounts, Impact Solutions, and International.
  • Develops, improves, and automates key processes to support integrity of commercial data.
  • Performs high impact pricing/business analytics, comprehensive contract management and decision-making support to maximize revenue growth and profitability.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Pricing and Margin Analytics across the United States and potentially International.
  • Conducts pricing benchmarking analyses to assess competitiveness in the market and identify opportunities for pricing optimization and strategic alignment.
  • Acts as the subject matter expert on Pricing and Margin dashboards and reporting.
  • Acts as the subject matter expert on Oracle pricing management.
  • Interprets and implements pricing guidance and provide specific recommendations to high-level business partners.
  • Manages and develops market segmentation to provide accurate reporting on the company's achievement of gross margin targets.
  • Partners with National Accounts team to recommend pricing and tier level strategies.
  • Works cross-functionally with operations, legal, finance, marketing, solution selling, as well as other teams as necessary to ensure effective workflow execution.
  • Develops, interprets, and disseminates contract specific performance reporting and trend analysis to sales executives in a timely manner, leveraging analytical tools and producing customized contract reporting as required.
  • Coordinates with Contract Team to administer contracts. Seeks process improvements in the way Breg manages member rosters, payment of admin fees, adding and deleting products from contracts, and maintenance of contract price lists.
  • Develops materials for Health System business reviews including cost avoidance and utilization reports, presentation materials, coordination people and timelines for meetings and tracks Health System points-of-contact and includes relevant Breg personnel.
  • Performs health system or facility product cross references, product formularies, identification of gaps in facility product usage, and identify system-related facilities as opportunity for Breg.
  • Ability to interact professionally with users from all areas and levels of the business, influence decisions and facilitate change management through collaboration and leadership.
  • Responsible for behaving in a professional manner both internally and externally in relationships that positively impact the company's reputation and comply with the company's policies and practices. Responsible for being accountable and committed to demonstrating Breg's cultural beliefs and achieving the key results of the company.
  • Responsible for promoting Breg's culture within the organization using established tools such as storytelling, providing focused feedback, and recognition.   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in patient care and business solutions.


    What You Bring



    • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or other related field and 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Financial Modeling experience required.
    • Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and communication skills required.
    • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends preferred.
    • Experience working directly in pricing, finance, or sales operations in the Medical Device or Life Science industry preferred.
    • Previous experience with Group Purchasing Organizations, IDNs, and/or rebate contracts in a medical environment preferred.
    • Oracle experience desirable.
    • Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.

    Work Schedules include....



    • May include variable start/end times outside of the company's standard business hours of 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.


    Compensation

    Salary Range: $81,600-$109,900 per year. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus.
