Purpose of Role
Support the gathering and development of key insights and website reporting.
Key Accountabilities Include
* Supports data platform tracking to ensure accuracy in reporting
* Contributes to upstream collaboration in the project planning process
* Contributes to the development of benchmarks
* Supports analytics capabilities that align with industry best practices
* Supports a test-and-learn approach to generate data-drive recommendations aimed at increasing customer acquisition and conversion
Primary Responsibilities Include
* Contributes to mid-year and year-end reporting deliverables
* Builds knowledge base around current digital marketing techniques, tools, and competitor strategies
* Supports A/B and multi-variate testing for digital campaigns and website activities
* Supports the development of custom tagging & ETL solutions, incorporating industry wide best practices
* Contributes to real time monitoring and post-campaign analysis, optimizations, and make observations across the full spectrum of digital marketing activities
* Contributes to requests from key stakeholders, including ad hoc reporting, UTM tracking, analytics tagging, and troubleshooting tracking issues
Qualifications
Ideal
* Experience in digital marketing
* Proficiency with MS Office products
* Exposure to digital marketing channels: CRM, Social, CPC, SEO, & others
* Direct experience with web/data analytics tools
Preferred
* BA/BS Degree
* Experience presenting data findings to key stakeholders
* Certification in Analytics domain or tool, such as Google Analytics
* Proficiency in web/data analytics tools
* 1+ year's experience in digital marketing
