What will I do as a Manager of Inclusion and Culture at The GIANT Company?

The Manager, Inclusion & Culture will be responsible for advancing a holistic strategy that nurtures a workplace culture where all team members feel respected, valued, and connected to The GIANT Company's purpose. This role leads initiatives that amplify inclusion, celebrate team member contributions, and ensure our cultural practices support a diverse, high-performing organization. In partnership with cross-functional teams, this leader will shape programs that strengthen workplace culture, enhance inclusion, and foster a sense of belonging and pride across the organization. This role will also:

  • * Drive the execution of inclusive culture initiatives that reflect The GIANT Company's values and elevate the team member experience across all business areas.
  • * Oversee recognition and appreciation initiatives, including awards programs and other offerings that reinforce our culture and brand promises.
  • * Serve as the internal brand lead for team member culture within the company's global engagement framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and the voice of the team.
  • * Lead and facilitate the Inclusion Council, promoting cross-functional participation and alignment with company-wide inclusion goals.
  • * Advance the impact of Business Resource Groups (BRGs), ensuring their work advances inclusion and supports key business objectives.
  • * Lead efforts that enhance the company's contribution to society, connecting community involvement with a workplace environment rooted in inclusion and shared purpose
  • * Provide subject matter expertise on inclusive practices and cultural programming, offering consultation, education, and leadership support.
  • * Analyze engagement data and external benchmarks to continuously improve inclusion efforts and inform long-term company cultural priorities.
  • * Ensure all practices align with legal standards by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations.

What do we expect you to bring to the table?

  • * Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • * 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • * Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to connect across a wide range of audiences.
  • * Proven ability to build relationships across functions and influence without direct authority.
  • * Experience leveraging data to inform strategy and measure progress in culture and inclusion work.
  • * Demonstrated capability in managing change, championing inclusion, and strengthening organizational culture.

What are the details?

  • * Hybrid Remote: This position is based out of Carlisle, Pa. and will require 3 days a week in the office.
  • * Reporting: The Manager, Culture and Inclusion reports into the Director, Talent and Culture within the Human Resources Team.
