The full Pay Range is $35.29-$65.67 hourly. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE: As an Associate Operations Engineer at BECU, you will play a key role in supporting the systems and services that enable our technology teams and business operations to thrive. While this role is based in Tukwila Financial Center it requires regular travel to Everett Financial Center for meetings, collaboration, and business needs (up to 20% travel) WHAT YOU'LL DO: Deploy with Security in Mind: Assist in launching and configuring systems and services, always considering security as a foundational element. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in related field or equivalent related experience Minimum 1 year of related functional experience. Previous experience in one or more of the following disciplines required: Cloud Computing, Unified Communications, Virtualization, Infrastructure Services: Enterprise Maintenance and Support, Infrastructure Support, Desktop and Client Support Working knowledge configuring and maintaining production systems in an enterprise environment Technical focus in two or more of the following disciplines preferred: Microsoft Azure, Citrix, Microsoft M365, Operating Systems, Hardware Solutions, Enterprise ITSM, or other modern enterprise infrastructure system.
