The Opportunity

Join Adobe Studio, our in-house creative agency, where we produce award-winning advertising and marketing campaigns, inspiring feature films, documentaries, and captivating social media content.

What You'll Do
  • Shape Creative Vision: Develop a bold, cohesive creative vision that aligns with Adobe's brand and strategic goals. Integrate this vision across marketing, branding, and product initiatives.
  • Engage Executives: Present creative ideas and project goals to executive audiences, including the C-Suite. Align messages with business goals, gather feedback, and adjust creative work accordingly.
  • Drive Key Decisions: Assess potential risks and proactively address product concerns to ensure projects align with strategic goals.
  • Mentor and Lead: Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence. Build the foundation for future leaders.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Oversee the brand's visual and messaging consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining high standards and adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Develop positive relationships with business units and senior leaders to define and implement communication strategies that support business goals.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market insights to ensure Adobe's creative efforts remain relevant and competitive. Encourage innovation within the team.
  • Promote Growth: Regularly assess team skills and establish development initiatives that align with personal and professional goals.
  • Champion the Team: Represent the team positively within the organization, advocating for their mission, goals, and impact.
  • Foster Innovation: Encourage team members to push boundaries and explore new ideas.
  • Share Expertise: Act as a recognized expert within the creative domain, sharing insights and mentoring others.
  • Showcase Achievements: Present the team's work and accomplishments to diverse audiences, demonstrating a deep understanding of creative and strategic objectives.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Experience: 10+ years in related roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity managing teams.
  • Creative Leadership: Expertise in leading creative projects from concept through execution across various mediums (web, print, interactive, etc.).
  • Innovation: Significant role in developing and delivering new technology or major innovations.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to propose effective solutions and explain design rationale to a broad audience.
  • Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, anticipate issues, and think big-picture.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $111,200 -- $249,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
