Summary of Position Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP), the #1 higher education travel service provider in the U.S., delivers end-to-end travel management solutions to over 150 colleges and universities nationwide. As part of the CTM Group of global travel businesses, CTP combines high-touch, university-focused service with the strength, innovation, and resources of a global leader in corporate travel. This role is not a traditional sales position-it's a strategic, consultative business development role focused on aligning CTP's tailored travel solutions with the unique goals of each institution. Our success comes from understanding each client's business direction and designing flexible, value-driven travel programs to match. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, insight, and a client-first mindset to every interaction. Success in this role requires strong time management, the ability to think strategically, a collaborative approach, and a willingness to proactively engage with a high-energy, supportive team. Schedule / Shift Standard Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for generating new business through implementation of a territory plan to include prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, proposal development and presentation, negotiating and closing the account.
