*Essential Skills:* * Desktop and Windows 10: Expertise in desktop support and Windows 10. * VMware Knowledge: Proficiency in VMware to enhance virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) support. Key Responsibilities: * Master of Windows Systems: Utilize your broad knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, PowerShell, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, Security concepts, and Bomgar/RDP to provide top-tier support. * Technical Expertise: Apply advanced technical computer skills to support specific functional areas and related systems. * Service Now Pro: Leverage your experience with the Service Now ticketing system to efficiently manage and resolve issues. * Customer Service Champion: Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting service level agreements. * Adaptable Problem Solver: Show flexibility and adaptability while tackling complex problems with innovative solutions. * Effective Communicator: Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to ensure clear and concise interactions. Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Client Communication: Ensure completion of all assigned work and maintain proper communications with clients, meeting service level agreements and service demands. * VDI Issue Resolution: Constantly monitor individual work queues to resolve routine and non-routine VDI issues and requests. * Process Improvement: Identify technical and process issues and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. * Policy Compliance: Adhere to applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. * Task Management: Complete tasks as assigned by dispatchers and management, ensuring timely updates to service tickets. * Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues and act as a technical expert to provide solutions.
