Tyler Coupling-Mold Machine Operator-C (3rd shift)

Under direct supervision, using standard processes and continuous improvements, the Mold Machine Operator operates all injection molding machines producing rubber gaskets to be used in joining systems in a timely and efficient manner that meet the quality standards to ensure delivery of world-class products to Tyler Coupling customers

• Operates all injection molding machines to produce rubber gaskets, both the Desma and Maplin machines.
• Must be able to work 3rd shift hours 10pm-6am Sunday-Thursday and OT when required.
• Responsible for maintaining a constant watch on machine operations to ensure quality of product. Notifies the lead person or Supervisor of any possible machine malfunctions.
• May operate multiple machines at one time.
• Trains other operators as required.
• Dumps scrap container during shift.
• Cleans equipment at the close of each shift.
• Keeps the work area safe, clean and orderly at all times.
• Performs other miscellaneous duties as needed.
