Overview BAI, a defense contractor, is seeking a Configuration Management professional with 3+ years of experience, to collect, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft and product programs. Additional tasks include maintaining configuration control of acquisition products and data, tracking configuration changes, coordinating and supporting development of Engineering Change Proposals, and applying change control management and data management to include management and creation of configuration and data management processes. Salary The typical annual salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $100,000.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range. Responsibilities Product Support: Through electronic access, use the project tools to coordinate tasking and priorities. Provide CDRL product documentation

Technical Documentation Support:
(1) writing and editing technical documents to assure adherence to program and IPT specific processes, (2) conducts research and interviews SMEs to gather information for incorporation into technical documentation, (3) analyzes target audience to understand preferred communication methods and improve documentation clarity, and (4) designs documentation to emphasize accuracy, clarity, conciseness, and tone. Perform other duties as directed. Qualifications
EDUCATION BS or BA degree in a computer or Information Science field or a relevant technical discipline. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An additional 6 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree (6+3=9), or 4 additional years of work experience with a relevant associate degree (6+4+3=13). CLEARANCE Condition of employment - The applicant must have and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. All applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
