Strategize, plan, manage, and guide portfolio annual account planning activities of KPMG teams serving clients of strategic significance to KPMG member firms operating in Latin America in both English and Spanish. Convene working groups drawn from Latin American firms to align local planning tools, timelines, and systems. Coordinate the analysis, review, and formal approval of annual revenue and bookings targets, which flow into business plans and inform resourcing decisions at the regional and local levels. Collaborate to define and build buy-in for agreed account KPIs. Develop reporting methodology and schedule to continuously monitor progress against plan. Make recommendations to local operations/support teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and timely delivery. Utilize information visualization to turn complicated data into easy-to-understand visuals used for business decision-making. Collate and analyze disparate data sets to produce actionable reports for diverse leadership cohorts. Manage a calendar of live virtual and in-person events, account management tool and methodology demonstrations, and learning workshops to strengthen networks and support enhanced teamwork on strategic accounts. Drive strategic communications plan that promotes a compelling brand for the Priority Investment Accounts program. Conduct frequent needs and gap assessments, engaging the regional network and integrating local perspectives to continuously improve operational support. Demonstrate in-depth project management knowledge. Establish and maintain relationships and professional networks with overseas KPMG firms. WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Science, Information Management, Information & Communications Theory, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science & Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Business Intelligence, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience. Employer will accept 2 years of additional work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: International business experience in Latin America; account program management; account planning and account management methodology, including account performance metrics and B2B sales and software; Producing region-wide financial reports that take into account exchange rate volatility; Utilizing information visualization techniques and software to create visuals that resonate with stakeholders and facilitate informed business decisions; Utilizing Power BI to analyze, produce, and enhance monthly and quarterly reporting and propose, define, and calculate a set of KPIs to measure account performance; utilizing MS Forms and MS Excel to produce and analyze survey responses; and using IBM Planning Analytics, Qliksense, MS Excel to Query to reconcile disparate data sets from diverse sources with account revenue. Must have written and verbal fluency in Spanish. Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. up to 5% is required. Travel to various international locations up to 10% is required.
