You will coordinate projects ranging from finance and operational reviews to process improvements and change management initiatives, always ensuring alignment with our business objectives. • You will develop and manage strategic projects to enhance business performance from inception to implementation.
• You will partner with peers to prioritize projects and allocate resources for maximum business impact.
• You will identify opportunities for improved business processes and design solutions to reduce inefficiencies and risks.
• You will lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs, services, and initiatives.
• You will integrate and implement programs with cross-functional partners, adjusting for competing priorities and strategies.
• You will review current processes to improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and track performance metrics.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in business finance/ management/accounting or related field of study and 8-10 years of directly related experience of Finance/Management/ Project Management and Implementation or Strategic Planning and/or 12+ years of experience in or equivalent combination of education and experience.
