Job Summary:

The National Account Coordinator will collaborate with dealers, customers, and internal business partners to improve customer service, delivery performance, and increase partner satisfaction through driving consistency, quality and accuracy in the handling of retail orders, and requests. They are responsible for end-to-end handling of orders from receipt through delivery to customer and resolving issues related to those orders.

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):



  • Enter, process, and track orders from receipt through delivery to the account.
  • Responsible for order tracking and completion, partnering with order tracking personnel/team member to ensure timely delivery and order closure
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems related to order fulfillment, accounting and other requests.
  • Resolution and coordination of product availability, production scheduling, and transportation resources.
  • Analyze reports for internal and customer review, prevent or minimize impact of order fulfillment issues.
  • Will be expected to be a primary or secondary back-up on other key accounts.
  • Work in a team environment across multiple functions (customer service, Manufacturing/Assembly, Logistics, Accounting, Sales and the customer account) to provide a high quality of service.
  • Provide regular updates to sales representatives and customer accounts as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

* High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

* Experience in e-commerce customer support, supply-chain, order fulfillment/management, or inventory distribution preferred

* Attention to detail

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
