Get to Know Your Team:

  • Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta is a 30-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including cardiology, emergency, women's services, cardiology, general surgery, rehabilitation, withdrawal stabilization and surgery.

Responsibilities

  • This position is accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting Radiology in accordance with Ardent standards and under the direction of Administration in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality care. Management duties include acting as a resource for staff, complete employee evaluations, timely resolution of customer complaints and overseeing the counseling process.
  • The manager will oversee and coordinate the delivery of technical services to provide quality care to all patients.
  • Must be able to build successful relationships with physicians and staff.
  • Responsible for promoting and maintaining outstanding customer service.
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the department to include budget, staffing/scheduling, evaluations, supplies and adherence to all Department of Health, DEQ and system rules and regulations.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or other accepted and approved equivalent
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Registry of Diagnostic medical Sonographer (ARDMS) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) required.
  • BLS.

Job Preferred Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Radiologic Tech with management experience preferred.
