We are searching for a Warehouse Lead at our Le Sueur, MN location. This position will be on the night shift, Mondays through Fridays, 5 PM to 1 AM.

What this role is about:

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient end-of-production line operations and movement of product and inventory throughout warehouse and/or cooler environment. This position provides leadership for warehouse staff related to daily workflow.

  • Ensure accurate inventory accounting; assisting with Monthly and Quarterly inventories.

  • Assist Warehouse Supervisor/Manager with timekeeping as needed.

  • Assist Warehouse Supervisor/Manager in scheduling employees, appropriately addressing workflow needs.

  • Assist Supervisor/Manager in monitoring requisitions and the store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.

  • Match bills of lading to paper work, container numbers and seal trucks.

What you need:

  • Minimum three 3 years Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse experience required.

  • Leadership experience.

  • Slip Sheet Unit/ Powerlift Jack operation experience.

  • Sitdown/Standup Forklift operation experience.
