Program Associate, Surgery

If you're super-organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter and is looking for a great opportunity Regions Hospital/RHSC has an opening for a highly motivated Program Associate, Surgery to join our team.

The Program Associate Surgery is responsible for the overall administration of the Surgery department resident and fellow training rotations.

• Coordinates the onboarding and orientation of residents and fellows to Regions Hospital.
• Oversees all administration of the inpatient medical training rotations at Methodist Hospital.

Additionally:

• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the internet, and the ability to learn job specific software.
• Possess strong organizational skills.
• Able to determine priorities, plan accordingly, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Ability to write own correspondence.
• Ability to handle complicated scheduling in short time frames.
• Handle multiple activities at a time.
• Strong knowledge of English, spelling and grammar.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Required Qualifications:

Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

Bachelor's degree in a related field; or 3-5 years of administrative experience in lieu of degree.

Experience with professional medical education preferred
