This Manager, HRIS will serve as the technical authority for UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and related systems, ensuring seamless HRIS operations across the shared services organization and 50+ office locations spanning multiple states, countries, and business entities. This role will develop and maintain the HR Technology Roadmap by aligning initiatives with the company's strategic objectives and operational priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Administration of HR Technology Stack:



  • Oversee the day-to-day administration and configuration of UKG and serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to HR platforms.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to document current state and future state processes and identify business requirements to be translated into scalable UKG solutions.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning and optimal performance of these systems to support HR and IT initiatives effectively.


Strategic Planning and Optimization:



  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements, and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain the HR Technology Roadmap for UKG and related HR technologies
  • Continuously evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the HR technology stack, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.


Integration Management:



  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to plan, implement, and maintain integrations and access between various HR technologies.
  • Streamline data flow and communication between different platforms to enable cohesive HR strategies and insights.


Project Management:



  • Lead and manage HR technology-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies, and oversee the execution of tasks by cross-functional teams.


Liaison Between HR and IT:



  • Act as a bridge between HR and IT departments, facilitating communication, understanding, and alignment on technology-related initiatives and requirements.
  • Understand downstream systems reliant on people data, particularly Salesforce/NetSuite, and serve as the operational link between HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HR strategies with enterprise system functionalities.

Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in HR technology administration, preferably in a product management or similar role supporting UKG.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with UKG and other relevant HR tools.
  • Experience in software integration, data management, and system architecture is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with professional services organizations, including staffing and consulting


Location: In office.

Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval.

Travel Requirements:

10% travel (e.g. 10 % travel to differing locations, 90% of the time working from an office)

Physical Demands:The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

Frequent: Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination and repetitive motion.

Occasional: Standing and bending.

Infrequent: Lifting up to 10 pounds.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between $125,000 and $150,000. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
